Shipping policy

Shopaholic Dreams.com Corporates with various suppliers, this is the reason we are able to provide such low prices for each of our products.

Also due to Covid-19 and staff shortage shipping can be slower than usual, keep in mind weather changes, holidays also can impact your shipping speed. 

All our product will be sent directly from the supplier to you upon ordering. Depending on your country the shipping time will vary. (See below for specific Shipping Times) When ordering, you will receive a confirmation email which works as a receipt for your purchase. This order confirmation has your personal order number.

Make sure your address is correct and complete. We will not be responsible for undeliverable items and lost mail if that's the case you will have to contact your local post office for help. If incorrect reach us within 1 hours after placing your order to correct the changes you want made to your order. 

After your order you will on almost all our products receive a tracking number which allows you to track your order from our supplier to you.

If you for some reason have not received your tracking number, please Email us: Support@shopaholicdreams.com If your order consist of more than one product, in some cases the products will be sent separately which in some cases can result in the products arriving one by one with a few days between.

Specified Shipping times:

United states: 7-18 Days

Canada: 7-15+ Days - (Canadian customs tend to hold some of our orders at random, This explains wide variance in shipping times)

UK: 12-25 Days

Australia: 7-18 Days EU: 7-20 Days (Germany and Italy tends to be a little longer on occasion)

MIDDLE EAST: 10-20 Days
